Is Front of House the Marketing Agency Solution for Me?
What size clients do you handle?
Since we work with clients in a variety of business models, it can be difficult to qualify our target audience with a standard set of metrics; whatās sizable enough to carry marketing support in some businesses, isnāt in others. FoH clients typically have gross revenues of at least five hundred thousand annually but also range into mid-market and enterprise brands with revenues into the hundreds of millions.
We encourage you to reach out with a quick email describing your organization, its needs, potential budget, and a description of your upcoming project. This should give us a better sense of whether Front of House would be a good fit for you. If it works out, weāll set up a discovery call to learn more. If it doesnāt, we work with a variety of partners and can, more than likely, provide a referral to a trusted expert who might be a better fit.
How much do your services cost?
Since the goals, as well as the type and volume of services we deploy to achieve them, vary between clients, thereās no fixed service costs. With some important retainer exceptions (such as standalone design work), we do not work with budgets below $1500 monthly (Though it should be noted that services at this level are limited).
While we do love working with emerging artists and organizations, our goal isnāt to put an undue financial burden on you or your business or deliver half baked communications at scale. Itās important to understand that whether youāre a single standup comic or a global cruise line, marketing is an investment in your growth. Typically a marketing budget should be about 7% to 15% of your total revenue depending on how aggressive your strategy is.

Do you have any pre-packaged services?
Do you have a specific approach?
How do you collaborate with clients?
We use a range of strategies and tools to collaborate with clients - whenever possible embedding directly into their existing operational infrastructure. Our collaborative approach is flexible though and our style can vary depending on the volume of stakeholders, organizational structure, and the type/scale of services deployed.
Our technical stack includes collaborative project management, chat, prototyping, and collaborative video editing software as well as cloud-based doc and spreadsheet programs. Not all of these tools will be used on every project, but they represent a good first look at how weāll work with you. If you donāt already have internal collaborative tools, let us know and we can provide a range of free/low-cost options. We use chat and regular and ongoing āsprintā meetings for real-time communication.
For a variety of reasons, including protecting other internal business processes and our employees personal space, we donāt generally collaborate with clients over email beyond the scoping process or by text.
How do you gather local multimedia content?
Do you run social and other types of ads?
How big is your team and whatās your experience in my vertical?
Our client facing team comprises about forty members with expertise from around the marketing ecosystem. Our expanded team, including regional contractors, specialists, and third-party partners is about sixty. Our dual layer organizational structure uses focus-area driven pods to ensure subject matter expertise and empowers them with various specialists from strategists to creatives to technologists. For instance, our nightlife and entertainment pod is able to build strategy for and implement social media marketing, but calls on a variety of subject matter experts to implement it.
Is your team available on nights and weekends?
How involved will I be in marketing once we start working together?
Our job is to execute the marketing strategies agreed to, on your behalf. To that end, our goal is to involve you directly in scheduled strategy and feedback sessions on a regular basis, but limit your exposure to the day-to-day minusca. While each client is interested in differing levels of involvement weāve found that the best, most impactful results come from an iterative cycle of strategy, implementation, review, and onsite feedback. That allows you to stay focused on what youāre good at, maintain critical oversight, and still allow us to work as needed.
We offer processes for you to submit real time feedback on social media, email, and communications drafts via our publishing platforms, but the frequency with which you use them is up to you. We are fully self-sustaining and outside of sprint based communications and feedback on direct questions, donāt require regular feedback. To avoid simultaneous, duplicate, and split communications, we do not allow multiple teams to manage any comms process simultaneously. When we are managing these platforms, we expect all communications and feedback to be delivered through the channels provided.
